specials and annotations
1. shared pit spots
There are 13 pits spots in Nürnberg connected to 3 garage spots each.
So in Nürnberg 3 drivers share one pit spot. In general we tried to assign team mates to the same pit spot or put active drivers with "inactive" drivers together.
Here is the overview which drivers are assigned to which pit spot:
1: Marco Dohmen / Carsten Schulze / Jeppe Rasmussen
2: Mark Oliver Thiel / Felix Heinen / Danny ter Maten
3: Lars Nowack / Rene Wagner / Frank Waschke
4: Steve Grumpelt / Markus Walter / Joern Dette
5: Timo Hartmann / Andre Gaida / Mark Weiler
6: Martin Ulrik / Michael Kipp
7: Conny Naslund / Fabian Wolf
8: Joris Scheepvaart / Matthias Weber
9: Kevin Jaeger / David Jundt / Martin Swaczyna
10: Alex Braeutigam / Sascha Glatter / Marc Paulaner
11: Kim Strohmann / Silvio Striegler
12: Marjan Koderman / Lukas Hausen
13: Juergen Muench / Michael Klein
2. penalties in race
Usually drivers may serve penalties given in previous races until lap 15. This is meant to give the opportunity to drive a "normal" race after serving the penalty. In Nürnberg the race will be about 90 laps.
Due to that we increase the no. of laps until a penalty has to be served to 25 laps.

Sorry for the hits in T1, stutters made it impossible to judge braking.
Qual: P6 or 7. Ok with that
Race: lost two positions in first lap, gained them again on lap 2. We're lying behind Kevin for many laps. Good fun. Had a bit more pace but very difficult to get close enough. Suddenly Alex corvette catced fire into turn 1. Kevin going on the inside and I on outside of Alex. I got by Kevin with a bit of paint swapping. Look/felt more dramatic from outside than in car. Hard owertake, but ok in my view. After that I closed in on Felix. Got behind him, but again difficult to get close enough and good top speed in the Ford. In the meantime I had got a mayor flatspot on front right tire. Already down to 51% and still 50 min left of race. Decided to pit and change. Messing around with in car pit menu I lost all focus and when I look up again I already passed 100m sign into turn 1. We're lucky not to hit Felix. Which may have thought I have gone in full kamikazi mode. Damn that was stupid. Turned around and straight to pit. Came out again in P13 Just behind a lot of cars. Some I was fighting for position and some I needed to unlap. A big mess. Decided to stay put and see what what would happen. Sadly Lars Novack spun in front of me and could not avoid hitting him. Damage and pit again. Back out I have no really idea were I was. Consentration low and hit inside of wall in turn 3 which send me into wall again on outside. Game ower
Conclusion: Very angry with myself. Again to many costly mistakes. And as I realised watching stream i somehow had changed wrong tire for race. I'm getting to old for this shit
Yeah Mate, I thought you only wanted to bring some colour in the tire choices, like I did
Luckily for me the S9 were perfectly fine. Don't think I would have been much faster with S8.
Nice Review, could have been a podium Spot for you.
To my race: very good result for me, a little bit surprised. Did no major mistakes and speed was really good. Sascha was driving in his own class. Hoped that he would get stuck in traffic with his new tires after pit stop, but he managed everything perfect, so no chance for me.
So now to the last race with a bit of Kg, still hope for a top10 finish.
I nearly shit my pants when you flew by me
For me the quali and racestart was quiet good. Managed to pass Alex and was able to hold P2 for quiet a long time. One small mistake and Matthias could pass. Was able to keep Kevin and David behind me until the pitstop unfortuanetly they could drive a lot longer and so they came back in front of me. Last 10-15 minutes were horrible. I had 17% left on front right tire and had bassicaly zero grip. In turn 1 i broke to late and Jürgen and Timo could pass. Managed to keep Marco and Carsten behind me but it was very tough fight. In the end i was in P7. I really don't know why my tire wear is so bad
making sure you not fall a sleep
