Second Race was a bit difficult with all these Grp. 5 Cars around me. The GT2 Chevy is to slow on the straights compared to the GT2 911 and you need to close that gap on the slower Parts of the Track. So Jeremy passed me on the first straight with his Rocketcar and a lap later Olli and Jochen did the same. From that point on i only could stay behind them. After a few laps they decide to let me pass so I could chase Jeremy again. I think they hoped that i slow down the leader so they can catch up again too. It took me some laps to close that 5sec lead of Jeremy. Overall I was 1sec faster per lap but on the long straight Jeremy with his "super duper Rocket boost 400kmh thing" gave me 1.5 too 2sec ....
Again at the end of the race in the last few corners i could overtake Jeremy around the outside cause he was struggling with his tiers. At the short straight he did the "boost thing" again and it was about the last two corners. I thought you took the outside line and decided to brake late and take the corner as tight as possible. Then we had a contact and Jeremy lost control. I´m sorry for that, i think we booth could do that better but for me it was all about these two last corners and i get a bit too greedy for the win
Wahrscheinlich warte ich da lieber was nächste Saison so folgt.
