The following drivers had to serve a penalty due to violations of the regulations in previous races:
- Joris Scheepvaart (drive through-penalty): penalty served
- Mark Oliver Thiel (drive through-penalty): penalty served*
- Mark Oliver Thiel (10sec. stop and hold-penalty): penalty served*
- Michael Kipp (drive through-penalty): did not participate / penalty remains
- Mike Horn (drive through-penalty): did not participate / penalty remains
- Timo Hartmann (drive through-penalty): penalty served

* Mark Oliver Thiel did not serve his penalties during the race, but he participated in the race and did not finish. So we consider the penalties as served.

qualification
The following drivers violated the "leaving the track" regulations in their fastest lap in qualifying:
- Marjan Kodermann, lap 4, TC 1093.891
- Martin Ulrik, lap 6, TC 915.299
==> All mentioned drivers are given a drive-through-penalty.

The following drivers violated the ESC prohibition in qualifying:
- Alex Braeutigam, lap 5, TC 780.7
- Danny ter Marten, lap 1, TC 311.0
==> All mentioned drivers are given a qualification ban.

review of the formation lap

Marjan Koderman, TC 495.093
Marjan Koderman exceeds the maximum distance of 4 car lengths to the car in front when the green flag is waved. (regulations: C/§1/3)
==> 3 penalty points to Marjan Koderman

Thord Jonsson, TC 495.093
Thord Jonsson exceeds the maximum distance of 4 car lengths to the car in front when the green flag is waved. (regulations: C/§1/3)
==> 3 penalty points to Thord Jonsson

review of the first lap
Alex Bräutigam vs Matthias Weber, TC 495.0
At the start of the race Matthias Weber is in front of Alex Bräutigam. This is prohibited by the regulations. As he doesn't come out in P1 after turn 1 he only gets 4 penalty points. Otherwise it would have been 8 penalty points.
==> 4 penalty points for Matthias Weber

Thord Jonsson vs Steve Grumpelt, TC 459.9
While approaching turn 5 Steve Grumpelt is behind Carsten Schulze and pulling out to the right side of the track. While braking for turn 5 Steve moves back to the left side of the track and in the racing lane of Thord Jonsson. While braking Thord can't avoid the contact and crashes into the rear left side of Steve. Thord spins out and crashes into the track side barrier. He loses several positions and his car is damaged afterwards. Steve changed his racing lane twice. In general this is not prohibited but in this case the second change is into the racing lane of Thord and would have force him to change his racing lane.
==> 10 penalty points + 25 sec. stop-and-hold penalty for Steve Grumpelt

Danny ter Maten vs Markus Walter, TC 445.4
While braking into turn 5 Danny ter Maten manages to brake his car next to Markus Walter. Danny takes the inside line. Markus Walter takes a too tight line and doesn't leave enough room for Danny and collides with him at the apex. Fortunately Danny dosen't have and disadvantage.
==> no further action

pit exit
The following drivers crossed the pit exit line:

- Andre Gaida, lap 11, TC 2196.3
==> 2 penalty points for Andre Gaida

- Markus Walter, lap 20, TC 3283.9
==> 2 penalty points for Markus Walter
