specials and annotations
1. formation lap
Turn 8 (uphill chicane) is too tight to pass it with two cars next to each other.
So all drivers have to switch to a single file formation only in turn 8. Here the car on the left side of a row goes first throught turn 8, then the car on the right side of the same row.
Please ensure to keep close to the car in front of you.
2. pit exit line
Although this is no kind of special information, we would like to remind you, that the curb next to the pit exit line is NOT part of the pit exit line (deviating to usual track limit regulations).
3. shared pit spots
Frank Waschke and Jürgen Münch will share one pit spot.

Wounderground stopped its service on Dec 31, 2018.
So we will check soon which options are available for the weather, but for all Baku sessions in 2019 you may expect scripted weather in fully dry conditions.
We will inform you about the way how we will manage the weather in the future.
Looked back the race.. seemed Jurgen Munch could have had good pace! Shame of his crash

Didn't test if the soft tires could last a race distance, but they did at Monza and with my quick calculations they should here.
Sad thing, my contact in T8/9/10/11. I knew that I will hit the wall before I turned into the corner, just felt that something is wrong. Was driveable, but with that amount of time left I decided to pit early, repair and also change tires to the mediums.
Just to get through the race, without a major crash, because there was a little damage to the suspension.
Well, it worked. Besides from the fact, that I missed a braking point(T3 aaaand again T3? don'T know) completely. Was a nice flatspot...
The real highlight in this race was my new rig. I finally replaced my RaceRoom RR3055 with an alu rig, the S-Dream by Michael Herrmann, and wow... no bend/twist to the structure wich holds the wheel base if applying the brake/the wheel just stays in one place. Same thing when driving over curbs, the FFB doesn't made the wheel base "move".
It doesn't make me faster, but it is just so much more comfortable when everything stays in its place
Well, this and at least the last move on the s/f straight. Sorry Joris
